Apple has introduced 2 new iPad tablets.
One of them is the completely redesigned iPad.
It should be noted that earlier in September, Apple introduced the iPhone 14 series, 2 Apple Watches, and an AirPods Pro.
Redesign iPad
This entry-level iPad has been completely redesigned.
In this new iPad, the home button has been replaced by a fingerprint reader which is located in the power button.
Its design is similar to the iPad Air and iPad Pro, while the 10.9-inch display is part of the device.
The company has replaced the Lightning connector with a USB-C port, while Apple Pencil support is also present.
The iPad features a trackpad with multi-touch support.
The iPad will be available in Wi-Fi only and Wi-Fi Plus 5G versions and will start at $449.
iPad Pro 2022
The biggest change in this new iPad is the new M2 processor, which according to the company is 15 percent faster than the M1 processor.
The iPad is available in 2 versions, one with an 11-inch screen and the other with a 12.9-inch display.
Apple Pencil support is present in the iPad Pro, but it has been improved.
The 11-inch iPad will start at $799, while the 12.9-inch model will start at $1,099.
Both these new iPads will be available to customers in various countries on October 26.
